Fall / Spring: September and October / April through June 14.
Summer: Summer: June 15th through September 10th, including Memorial and labour day weekends./ December 27th through January 1st.
Winter: November through March.

Rates are per room, 2 persons/room (except twin rooms); rates do not include the 9.7% MA Hotel Tax.
3 Day minimum in July August and special events
Payment: We accept cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa and Master Card (Personal checks only accepted for initial deposit and are not accepted at time of check in)
Reservations confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit; balance due upon arrival.
Cancellations: deposits refundable ONLY with 21 days notice OR re-rental on the same terms, less 10% fees.
